1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our 3D customizer tool at BIG FISH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Custom Manufacturing & Orders
All sportswear, dart shirts, and polo jerseys ordered through BIG FISH are custom-manufactured to your individual specifications. Before finalizing an order:
- Review your selected colors, patterns, player names, numbers, and sizing choices carefully.
- Ensure all uploaded logos meet resolution requirements for sublimation printing.
- Once production has commenced, changes to custom orders cannot be guaranteed.
3. Returns & Refunds Policy
Because each jersey is customized exclusively for you, standard returns or refunds for change-of-mind are not permitted. However, if your order contains manufacturing defects, printing errors inconsistent with your approved preview, or shipping damage, we will gladly replace or repair the item free of charge.
4. Design Copyright & Fair Use
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that custom graphic assets, brand logos, or trademarks uploaded to our platform do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. BIG FISH reserves the right to decline processing orders containing trademarked content without authorization.
5. Turnaround & Shipping
Standard production and delivery timelines are estimated at 2 to 3 weeks following design approval. While we strive to meet all delivery dates, BIG FISH is not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.
